Enjoy a dream vacation in one of our newly renovated and modern apartments on the beach in Cape Coral! Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.

You are just minutes away from Cape Coral Beach. There you can enjoy the Florida sun, relax and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Refreshments and snacks are available at the nearby pier, inviting an addition to stroll.

Our resort is situated in the sought-after area of Cape Coral, the "water wonderland" of the USA - a city crisscrossed with canals, which apparently contains the same number of boats as houses. Downtown is only a little walk away and offers a mix of residential, shopping, entertainment, food, health, and work in an Italian Venetian look.

The water paradise of Florida offers, among many different water sports facilities, numerous fishing spots and the South West region is the home of the largest number of golf courses in the USA. Lush green golf turf-covered large areas of Cape Coral. Several tennis courts are there to play.

The central location of Cape Coral and the proximity to the neighboring city of Fort Myers provide a varied holiday. The beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island can be reached quickly by car. In addition to sunny days on the white sand beach, the nightlife of Fort Myers Beach is a special experience. Huge shopping malls and outlets invite you to shop in Fort Myers.
On day trips you can visit Florida’s attractions such as Disney World or Cape Canaveral. Other cities - Miami, Tampa, St. Petersburgh, and St. Augustine - are within easy reach. The Everglades, with its numerous alligators, is practically at the door.
